-THE HAND OF HIS LIFE-
"Great story. I was drawn into the characters, and the story. It'd make a great short story on the twilight zone kind of shows. Thanks for the read." - Sam Kerby/Authspot.com

-BECOMING MORTAL GODS-
"The characters were very relatable in that they didn’t always know which decisions to make, and because of this there wasn’t that inevitable feeling that no matter what happens everything will turn out fine in the end. I always feel a little cheated by books that are written like that, so I found BMg to be a refreshing change. Can’t wait to see what Heitkemper will come up with next." - Rosey Bookworm/Amazon.uk

Here, I would like to take the space to say my Thank Yous. First and foremost, I thank God. Nothing that I've done personally or professionally would have been or would be possible without Him. To my beautiful wife, and my two ambitious young boys, thank you for putting up with my passion for writing (which includes late nights working) and more importantly for your love and support in everything that I do. Thanks to my Mom and Dad for raising me to be what I am today. Don't know if it's what you had in mind... but I like it. Thanks to all the inspirational figures in my life, namely my late great-grandmother Hallie Paschal, an author herself. Thanks to Simon Butler for stepping up and putting his art into what I believe is my finest work. Thanks to Brad Douglas for giving me the opportunity to write reviews for him every month. Thanks to all the publishers that have given my writing the chance that it needed for its success. And more importantly, thanks to everyone who have spent their hard earned money on my writing. I hope you feel it was money well spent. I'm sure there are several more of you out there that I need to thank, and if you're reading this and you feel that you deserve a thank you from me, drop me a line and I'll see what I can do. Thanks to all!
